🧭 Greetings, fellow gamers! In this post, I want to share with you one of the games from my Wii collection: «La Brújula Dorada» or «The Golden Compass» in English. 🧭

This is an adventure game based on the novel by Philip Pullman and the movie of the same name. In this game, you play as Lyra, a young girl who lives in a parallel world where people have animal companions called daemons. You also control her daemon, Pan, and a polar bear named Iorek. 🐻

The game follows the story of the book and the movie, as Lyra travels across different lands to rescue her friend Roger from the evil Magisterium. Along the way, she meets various characters, such as witches, gyptians, and aeronauts. She also uses a mysterious device called the alethiometer, which can answer any question. 🔮

The game combines different gameplay elements, such as exploration, puzzle-solving, combat, and stealth. You can switch between Lyra, Pan, and Iorek at any time, and use their abilities to overcome obstacles and enemies. You can also collect items and mini-games to unlock bonus content. 🎁

The game was released in December 2007 in North America and Europe, and in February 2008 in Australia. It is compatible with the Wii Remote and Nunchuk, and does not require any additional accessory. It supports up to one player in single-player mode. 🕹️

The game features the original music and voice acting from the movie, which includes actors such as Nicole Kidman, Daniel Craig, and Dakota Blue Richards. The game also has a cinematic and immersive atmosphere, with realistic graphics and sound effects. 🎬
