Gill Grunt: The Water Warrior for Wii (2011) 💦🐟⚓

💦 Hi, fellow gamers! Today I want to share with you one of the coolest figures in my Skylanders collection: Gill Grunt! 🐟

Gill Grunt is a gillman who uses his harpoon gun and water jetpack to fight against the forces of evil. He is one of the original Skylanders who debuted in Skylanders: Spyro’s Adventure (2011) for the Nintendo Wii. 🐲

He belongs to the Water element and has a blue and green color scheme. He wears a helmet that covers his eyes and a belt that holds his harpoons. He also has a water tank on his back that powers his jetpack and allows him to fly and shoot water blasts. 💧

Gill Grunt has a lot of abilities that make him a versatile and fun character to play with. He can shoot harpoons that pierce through his enemies, or charge up his gun to unleash a powerful anchor. He can also spray water from his jetpack that damages and pushes back his enemies, or create a whirlpool that sucks them in and traps them. 🌊

Gill Grunt is compatible with all the Skylanders games, so you can use him in Skylanders: Giants (2012), Skylanders: Swap Force (2013), Skylanders: Trap Team (2014), Skylanders: SuperChargers (2015), and Skylanders: Imaginators (2016). He also has different variants, such as Legendary Gill Grunt, Dark Gill Grunt, and Anchors Away Gill Grunt. ⚓

Gill Grunt is one of the coolest Skylanders figures, not only because of his design and gameplay, but also because of his personality and backstory. He is a brave and loyal soldier who always follows his orders and protects his friends and the Skylands. He was once a member of the Gillmen military, where he met his true love, a mermaid named Boomer. He also has a friendly rivalry with Zap, another Water Skylander. ⚡

Gill Grunt was first released in October 2011 in the US and in November 2011 in Europe. He was part of the Wave 1 of Skylanders: Spyro’s Adventure, along with other characters like Stealth Elf, Flameslinger, and Chop Chop. He was very popular among fans and collectors, and soon became one of the most iconic Skylanders. 👍
